Description
This is one part of a Golden Bowerbirds "bower". It's supposed to be a fair age, as the bower's are handed down from bird to another, so I'm told. It's not a nest of course, it's simply a display area for the male Golden Bower Bird to show his style to the ladies. Any females would build their nests some way away.
