Description
Spangled Drongo (Dicrurus bracteatus) pair at Anderson Park in Townsville. The name is due to thier wild call. They're easily identified due thier unusual red eyes, fish tail shaped tail and frantic demeanour. They also have a striking blue sheen especially on their breast feathers.

Now that is a fabulous capture and composition Evie!!! Poor guy having to live with that name though. Not sure if 'Drongo' is just an Aussie slang???? :) :) Love it!
