Description
Silver Gulls are common in Australia and can be found both inland and along the shoreline on any given day. They love people and chips. They're a neat clean looking bird, though much maligned as a scavenger. Regardless of how you feel about them, they never fail to take a great photo.

It is stunning and so is this shot! Brings to mind the Simon and Garfunkel lyrics (with one change): Sail on, Silver Gull...sail on by...your time has come to fly... Your beautiful image has been featured by Wild Birds Of The World, a nature photography group. L/F
